The payment/refund policy remains in effect if the rate changes. www.piarpanelpro.com does not guarantee delivery times for any services. We offer our best estimate of when your order will be delivered. This is only an estimate, and www.piarpanelpro.com does not refund orders that are in the process of being processed if you feel they are taking too long.
www.piarpanelpro.com strives to deliver exactly what our customers expect. In this case, we reserve the right to change the type of service if we deem it necessary to fulfill the order.

Terms of Service.
1. By ordering any services on PiarPanelPro.com or by topping up your balance, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions.
2. Once funds are credited to your balance, refunds are not possible!
3. Prices are subject to change at any time.
4. You cannot simultaneously add the same link to work on the same services (for example, YouTube views) until the first or previous task is completed.
5. If you place multiple orders using the same link (or submit a task after it has been written off before the warranty is restored), we do not guarantee the entire workload!
6. Video retention depends on the video's length. There is no guarantee that the service you use will be exempt from the retention period specified in the service description. The longer the video, in minutes, the lower the retention period. 7. If you order views (and other services) from us or other websites, once the counter reaches the order quantity, the job is considered complete, and all refund guarantees are void!
8. If you delete a video (YouTube) or photo (Instagram), or any other task after setting the task, the order is automatically considered complete and there will be no refunds.
9. YouTube and Instagram may release updates to their websites at any time. If an update occurs, orders for views, subscribers, likes, and other services may be suspended, and any guarantees for restoration may be canceled until the service is restored.
10. If a server (or service plan) fails, orders may be suspended, and any guarantees for restoration may be canceled.
11. All speeds and service startup times are approximate and may fluctuate depending on server load, either up or down. The speed depends on the number of orders you accept and how many you take, so the number of views increases quickly.
12. Monetized views (they will generate money) are subject to the user's risk if you disable monetization (we recommend disabling monetization before ordering).
13. If your account is blocked in our service, refunds are only issued upon written request (check with support) within 30 business days!
14. Once any task has started, cancellation is not possible unless the link is invalid (for example, if you order YouTube subscribers and provided an Instagram link).
15. When ordering YouTube or Facebook services (Likes, Followers, Friends), if the quantity is hidden, the order is marked as completed. Guarantees for such services are not honored!
Services.
www.piarpanelpro.com will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or other social media accounts and to improve your appearance. We guarantee that when using guaranteed services, any lost followers/likes will be restored free of charge during the entire guarantee period. An exception is if your followers/likes are lower than they were when you started your order. In this case, the guarantee and restoration will not apply. You will need to add the missing number before submitting a refund request.
We do not guarantee that your new followers will engage with you; we simply guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for. If the page/channel link becomes unavailable for any reason during the order process, we do not guarantee a refund. This will occur automatically if the service provides it.
We do not 100% guarantee that our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded images, although we strive to make this a reality for everyone. You will not upload anything to www.piarpanelpro.com, including nudity or any material that is unacceptable or inappropriate for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media communities.
Before ordering, please ensure your account is public and does not contain content prohibited by law or social media policies (such as cheating, spam, hacking, drugs, or forged/sold documents). Otherwise, your orders may not be processed correctly and refunds are not guaranteed.
